Note this before you place an order,

• This package service time will be expired within 60 days. 60 days start on the day 
   when Crew Member is allocated to your store +59 days.
• If you wanted to request a refund after you placed the order in any case, you will charge 30% of the service charge before we proceed your refund.  (refund amount = product amount - 30% of product price)

Important

• Before you request a refund, make sure that the Crew member has not started your product service. If a crew member has started your store service, then the refund request will be declined.
